Whilst we know from experience that often the best solutions are those found by agreement we also know from experience that this is not always possible. We have embraced the changes in dispute resolution that have come to our area of practice, so much so that we have our own collaboratively trained solicitor and we actively encourage agreements. We are also members of Resolution because we are committed to the non-confrontational approach it promotes. However, we have not lost sight of the benefits of the traditional court process and solicitor led negotiation. We take a firm but fair approach and you will not be left feeling that you ‘picked/chose the wrong solicitor’
